An individual only needs 11 minutes of Cold Exposure and 57 minutes of Heat Exposure, per week, to receive the physical and mental benefits of Contrast Therapy. 


It is recommended that an individual break up the above mentioned times by completing multiple sessions per week of Contrast Therapy.


For example: 


Reset Room: 2-3 minutes of Cold Exposure and 10-15 minutes of Heat Exposure per session - recommend 2-4 sessions per week.


Vitality Room: multiple rounds of 3-4 minutes Cold Exposure and 10-15 minutes Heat Exposure per session - recommend 1-2 sessions per week.

Our facility is monitored by Yavapai County Community Health Services and must adhere to the same guidelines as a public pool and spa facility.


Due to the size of pumps used in our facility, the water in each tub is exchanged every 20 minutes. Additionally, we completely drain, disinfect and refill the Cold Plunges and Hot Spring Mineral Soak tubs frequently to keep them fresh and pristine. 


Our staff will enter a session every 15-20 minutes to ensure the safety and comfort of our customers.  


Additionally, information is provided on temperatures, time usage of each product and general observations of effects of heat/cold exposure on the body, in an effort to educate our customers.

  • A swimsuit, or other similar clothing, is REQUIRED and must be worn in the Cold Plunges, Hot Spring Soaks and Saunas.
  • Wearable devices to track your heartrate are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED but not required. This allows you to keep track of your heartrate while using the Saunas and Cold Plunges in an effort to help alleviate any unwanted side effects when completing your Contrast Therapy session. 
  • Bringing a re-usable water bottle is recommended to stay hydrated during your session. We have refillable water stations in both the Reset and Vitality Room. 


  • We offer a variety of session packages for the Reset Room and Vitality Room. Please see the Sessions tab at the top for more information. 
  • Purchased Session Packages DO NOT expire
  • Purchases can only be made in person or over the phone - please email mstearley@immersion-experience.com for more info


  • We are open Monday through Saturday from 9am to 6pm. We are closed on Sundays.
  • Keep in mind that I, Melissa, am the only employee on premises. Please understand that I am trying my best to navigate this new business, along with all the other life things we have going on. I am so excited to share this space with everyone and I appreciate your understanding during this "breaking in phase" of a new business.
